When ordering any item please specify the package or item you chose, along with the number of people that are being served. Also include the date, time, and event. You must pay 50% of the price in advance that secures your order, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you would like us to Delivery and set up Fees will be included in the total. Local Delivery set up fee is 15$, outside of 10 mile radius is 45 and up depends on location. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake or food after set up. Please make sure your cake is at a 70 degrees or lower temp until an hour in a half before serving. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guest of the risk and holds us not responsible for allergic reactions because you have read and understood these terms.
It's is your responsibility to ensure that the event location is open and available for the setup at the appointed time. Should we have to wait at the site for the location to be opened you will be billed for the time at a rate of $30 per 15min that must be paid before set up of your cake or food.
On occasion, we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use a photograph for display or promotion without compensation to you.
